Please read the terms and conditions before entering the giveaway. Upon entering the giveaway you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be held accountable to them.

  • Promoter details: the joint promoters are SkiYodl Ltd whose registered office is at 10a Castle Meadow, Norwich, England, NR1 3DE and Neverland London, Wandsworth Bridge Road, London, SW6 2TY, UK.
  • The competition is open people aged 18 years or over except employees of SkiYodl/Neverland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • How to enter: You will need internet access to participate in this giveaway. To enter you will have to follow both @skiyodl and @neverlandlondon on Instagram, Like the post and tag the person you want to bring in a comment.
  • The prize draw will take place once entry has closed. Entrants have 48 hours to accept their prize by responding to the promoter via Instagram.
  • The Giveaway will commence on 13th December 2022 and finish 13th January 2022. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the day of the closure. The promoter reserves the right to extend this giveaway at any point. No entry submitted after this time will be accepted unless stated otherwise.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, automated entries, lost or corrupted entries for whatever reason.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with, or indeed not connected to this competition.
  • The prize is as follows: 7 nights in Hotel Le Mottaret (In Meribel Mottaret, France) including a £200 Folie Douce bar tab In April 2023.
  • The prize must be taken as a whole.
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Entries under a false name will not be accepted.
  • The winner will be notified on Instagram with details of how to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by writing to SkiYodl at the following address: 10a Castle Meadow, Norwich, England, NR1 3DE.
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to SkiYodl Ltd. and Neverland London and not to any other party.   • SkiYodl Ltd. shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. SkiYodl Ltd. also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
